Terms of Service

These Terms are effective as of 27 August 2026.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the booking and provision of lawn care and landscaping services by Mastera, UAB (the "Company", "we", "us") through our website. By submitting the booking form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process your personal data.

1. General Provisions

Service provider: Mastera, UAB, company code 303170740, VAT payer code LT10000813321, registered address Panerių g. 54, LT-02194 Vilnius, Lithuania (the "Company").

By booking a service through the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into contracts on your own behalf or on behalf of the person you represent.

2. Services Provided

  • Lawn mowing and maintenance.
  • Scarification and aeration.
  • Green waste removal.
  • Gutter cleaning.
  • Minor property/farm repairs.
  • Metalwork and welding services.

The specific scope of work and price are agreed individually based on the booking information you provide and/or a site assessment.

3. Booking and Confirmation

You may submit a booking through the website form, providing your preferred service date, contact details, plot size, description of the work, and (optionally) photos.

A booking is considered preliminary until confirmed by the Company by phone or email. The Company reserves the right to decline a booking if the selected date is unavailable or the information provided is insufficient.

By selecting a recurring booking (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), you agree that future service dates will be scheduled automatically according to the selected frequency and duration; each of these may be individually cancelled or changed as set out in Section 6 of these Terms.

4. Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about the plot and the work required.
  • Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the work site at the agreed time.
  • Inform us in advance of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, animals, or other obstacles that could affect the safety or quality of the work.
  • Pay for services rendered in a timely manner, as set out in Section 5 of these Terms.

5. Pricing and Payment

Indicative service prices are published on the website (e.g. scarification from €8/are, fertilizing €3/are, weed spraying from €10/are, plus materials), but the final price depends on plot size, scope of work, and other individual circumstances, and may be confirmed before work begins.

The Company will issue an invoice for services rendered. Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer within 7 (seven) calendar days of the invoice date or the date the work is completed, whichever is later.

If an invoice is not paid on time, the Company may charge statutory late payment interest and/or suspend further recurring services, having notified the Client in advance.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The Client may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge by notifying the Company no later than 48 hours before the scheduled service date.

If a booking is cancelled after this deadline, or the Client fails to provide the conditions necessary to carry out the work at the agreed time, the Company reserves the right, taking into account the specific situation, to charge a reasonable fee covering costs incurred (e.g. travel, loss of scheduled time).

The Company may reschedule the service date due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond its control, notifying the Client as soon as possible and offering the nearest alternative date.

7. Quality of Work and Complaints

If you believe the work performed does not meet the agreed terms, please submit a complaint within 14 (fourteen) days of the completion date by email to info@mastera.lt or by phone, describing the issues found (photos are appreciated).

If a complaint is found to be justified, the Company will correct the identified defects at its own expense within a reasonable time. This does not apply to normal plant growth, weather effects, or other factors unrelated to the quality of the work performed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability for any losses arising from the services provided is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. The Company is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

This provision does not limit the Company's liability in cases where limitation of liability is not permitted under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (e.g. for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or damage to life or health).

9. Photos and Personal Data

Photos voluntarily submitted with a booking are used only to assess and plan the scope of work. The processing of your personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations if this is caused by force majeure circumstances beyond the parties' reasonable control and foresight at the time the contract was formed (e.g. extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, decisions of public authorities).

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek to resolve it through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania at the Company's registered location.

Consumers (individuals booking services for personal use) also have the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt) or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

12. Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms. The current version is always published on this page, together with its effective date. Bookings made before changes take effect are governed by the Terms in force at the time of booking.
